I have a great doctor at this facility but some of the staff isn't the greatest. Numerous times I have setup appointments specifically with my Doctor and without warning was assigned someone different. I have alerted the staff numerous times that I would wait till my Doctor is available unless it was an emergency. Recently I had an issue with some paperwork that was missing labs for bloodwork and they wanted to make me make another appointment to get it added. This error stems from not seeing my Doctor but another assigned person for my last check up. Never had an issue when seeing my doctor. If anything was an issue I would call an alert him or have have him notified and the issue was fixed with no needed extra appt etc. This is very disappointing and frustrating.
Dr DeSilva is the best. The staff and doctors treat you like family. Thanks for taking care of my family!
