We had two in-person interactions with The Appliance Guy team, one with Jimmy and one with Dakota. We could not recommend them more. I also spoke with them on the phone a few times, one time to reschedule due to an emergency. They were understanding and rescheduled for two days later. When Dakota arrived, he asked about the situation. Both Jimmy and Dakota were respectful and kind in our home and saved us a lot of money!! Top Notch business. The appointment time got delayed because the part they needed to fix my washer hadn't been delivered by Fed Ex yet, but I was updated immediately and my appointment time was adjusted. Dakota came as soon as the part came in, and fixed everything. He was very professional, and answered all of our questions. The price was fair, and I would recommend their services to anyone. I called early and they were able to fit my dryer in the same day! Dakota came in and got right to work, had my dryer fixed in about 45min. He was professional and very nice. I would recommend! Pricing was definitely fair.
