Very pleased with PDR! Their employees like Keith, our detail-oriented Adjuster; and Zach, our knowledgeable Project Manager were easy to work with and responsive to our questions and needs. They work with very skilled people who do the job correctly and professionally. Very good experience! Would definitely recommend. And I love my new floor!! Just one small area yet to be corrected, then we're done.
Our experience with Paul Davis Nothern Indianapolis was AMAZING! We had a 60,000 pound tree fall along the entire home. Paul Davis was there quickly to stop water coming through roof and start cleanup. Our lead people: Keith Christopher and Zach Arvin are the most professional and knowledgeable people to work with. They worked so hard to find all damage and get everything back to better then before. We chose to add on remodel items to make the home even nicer and they knocked it out of the park!
